As a Product Support Engineer at Osano for the past year, I ensure the successful implementation of Osano’s privacy tools, including CMP, Subject Rights, and data store integrations like Klaviyo and Hubspot.


I work with APIs and webhooks to provide guidance on installation and ensure seamless connectivity. I troubleshoot complex HTML, CSS, and JavaScript issues while collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance user experience and contribute to product improvements. Handling approximately 140 Zendesk tickets monthly, I’ve maintained a 100% CSAT score for over three consecutive months.
